Refugees

Displaced people have no home. They face certain death if they return to their homeland. They may languish in refugee camps or, like the “lost boys of Sudan” they may wander, forgotten and deprived. These often-violently uprooted and traumatized people seek—and need—a safe place to live, grow up, and/or raise their children. When Christian believers welcome refugees and give them “a cup of cold water” in Jesus’ name, miracles of grace occur.
